Korsmo built the new Dorothy Height affordable housing apartment complex for YWCA Pierce County. The facility provides housing and resources for individuals and families.
Dorothy Height Apartments is a seven-story building with 55 affordable housing apartments ranging in size from studios to three-bedroom units for families, as well as staff apartments, counseling rooms, offices, and conference rooms.
The project involved multiple community partners and 13 state and local funding partners. This project meets Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards.
