This 5,000-square-foot expansion of the Tacoma Boys H&L Produce market was a design-build project in partnership with James Guerrero Architects. This expansion included construction of additional store space for produce and beverage displays, renovated deli counter, additional cooler/freezers for storage, and a covered canopy around the building’s exterior perimeter for seasonal displays.
