This office remodel project consisted of more than 15,000 square feet of office space and upgrading electrical, mechanical and roof systems at the company’s headquarters building located in Tacoma, WA. The project was accomplished in eight months while the site was occupied and APP continued their business from the site. We met tight schedules and did extensive value engineering to ensure that we met their quality and budget expectations.
