Tacoma Lawn Tennis Club was in dire need of renovation and upgrades to its aging locker room facilities and high-traffic areas of the facility.
The project involved complete renovation of the locker rooms and restrooms; mechanical and electrical system upgrades; and new fixtures, outdoor showers, lighting, and flooring.
Through a team-build approach, Korsmo Construction collaborated with our design partners to develop early design packages that maximized project value with lowest risk, allowed early procurement of long-lead materials, and provided better workflow.
Korsmo’s site logistics and safety plan helped us work within the occupied and operational building with minimal disruption for staff and club members.
The project was delivered on time and in budget.
