Korsmo Construction delivered the new Timber Ridge Animal Hospital in Bonney Lake one month ahead of schedule and on budget. The project was highly anticipated by the local community, as the existing clinic had long outgrown its previous space.
The new 6,073-square-foot animal hospital is a single-story, ground-up, wood-framed building. The hospital incorporates modern examination rooms, operating rooms, imaging room, office space, reception and retail area, recovery kennels, dog wash, grieving room, and an outdoor dog run.
Full site development was included in the project, including parking and landscaping.
