Students and staff at Rose Hill Elementary School now enjoy a completely modern and beautiful building constructed by Korsmo Construction. The $10.2 million project included demolition of the existing single-story school and construction of a new 57,000 square foot, two-story school.
Featuring a unique angular design, the new school is built of concrete tilt-up, hollow core concrete planks, and CMU construction. Inside, the school’s layout includes classrooms, an administrative area, multi-purpose gymnasium, kitchen, and student common areas. The main lobby also features a custom enamel mural.
