This project for the Tulalip Tribes included a major expansion and transformation of an existing small convenience store and fueling station to better serve travelers on Interstate 5 and visitors to the popular tourist destination at the Tulalip Resort Casino and Seattle Premium Outlets. The project includes 10,000 square feet of market, liquor, and tobacco retail space, as well as a full deli and a 30-tap growler filling station.
Exterior materials follow the Quil Ceda Village design standard and include a combination of metal roofing, concrete and metal wall panels, concrete masonry unit wainscot, aluminum storefront, and heavy timber structural elements. Interior materials are accentuated by warm earth tones, including concrete, metal, and reclaimed wood.
