Korsmo constructed a new single-story 16-bed mental health evaluation and treatment center for Telecare Mental Health Services of Washington in Milton, WA. The facility was constructed with wood-framed exterior and interior walls and roof structures. The project included civil site development, landscaping, architecture, closed-circuit television and video monitoring, structural design-build plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, and low-voltage systems. Anti-ligature fixtures, high-security system, and exterior security fencing were also included.
