Phase III of Korsmo’s work to expand and upgrade the Clearwater Casino Resort involves a bump out of the main casino floor for 3,500 square feet of additional non-smoking gaming space, renovation work to the buffet and service area, as well as complete gaming upgrades and renovations. Exterior improvements include a new main entrance porte cochere, valet service station, custom water feature and landscaping as well as updated signage.
