This parking structure provides more than 600 new parking spots to the Nisqually Tribe’s Redwind Casino property. Nearly 500 unique, pre-cast concrete sections were delivered and assembled to create the structure of the garage in less than 30 days. This includes five levels of parking with a stone-wrapped elevator tower that features storefront glass panels for an exterior view from the elevator.
The project was completed adjacent to the casino’s existing active parking structure and gaming facilities, so the Korsmo team worked diligently to protect these existing operations through strong communication, scheduling and logistics planning.
