This hotel project included a new five-story, 104,000 square foot hotel tower. The hotel boasts nearly 100 rooms and suites as well as restaurants, a full kitchen, fitness center and pool, back of house area, an extension connecting the hotel lobby to the casino, convention centers, meeting and conference rooms, and a full bar service area. The hotel lobby features two large fireplaces of natural stone as a focal point. Natural birch wood and earth tone flooring gives a serene, relaxed feeling to the resort.
Work on this project occurred while the casino remained open and was completed on an accelerated nine month schedule. This design-build contract included preconstruction services such as selection of architect, conceptual estimates, constructability reviews, value engineering, selection of subcontractors and suppliers, material selection, and contract administration and management.
