This project to construct the DeLong’s DeLuxe restaurant in Lakewood, WA included a full commercial kitchen with a grill, deep fryers and a walk-in cooler. A CaptiveAire fire suppression system helps protect from kitchen and grease fires, allowing for safe restaurant operations.
The establishment has no indoor seating, and is designed to fit the seasonal business. The exterior of the building features a walk-up window for customer orders and a large patio area, which is quite full during warm summer months.
