Korsmo completed this major tenant improvement project to help the Tumwater community realize its vision for a new Craft District rooted in the city’s rich brewing history. Adjacent to the former Olympia Brewing Company on the Deschutes River, the Craft District creates a campus-style village where the public can engage with craft producers, educators, and service providers as they train and showcase the best craft brews in the region. The walking village is designed to accommodate ample on-site parking, pedestrians, and rideshare and transit commuters. Tenants include South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC) Brewing and Distilling, Heritage Distilling Company, Ninkasi Brewing Company, and other retail shops and restaurants. The SPSCC facility is three stories with an elevator, brewing factory, multiple classrooms, and office space.
