The Lutheran Community Services building is one of two buildings located at The Village at Angle Lake. The three-story building houses the Easter Seals Child Development Center, Community Health Clinic operated by Community Health Centers of King County, Family Resource Center, as well as administrative office space for the Lutheran Community Services organization.
The 31,485 square foot steel-framed building features both vertical and horizontal hardi-panel siding. Design components include a three-story lobby atrium along with exposed steel frame and glu-lam beams throughout.
LEED components included large windows for daylight and viewing, Low VOC adhesives, sealants, paints, and carpet systems, and materials containing high recycled content.
