The new, 26,000 square foot facility features 13 service bays, a truck wash bay, a well-stocked 5,400 square foot parts warehouse and a comfortable driver’s lounge. The single story, high bay service building features CMU block construction with an overhead crane, partitioned work areas, a grease recycle area, water reclamation system, and stat-of-the-art liquid natural gas services.
This project was a collaborative Design-Build effort between Korsmo, Innova Architects and the owner. The project team worked together to develop the site and coordinate local permitting and other requirements for power, sewer and storm water as well as construct the building.
