College Instruction Center

The College Instruction Center is a new $46 million facility that is the largest project in Washington State community college history. The 70,000 square foot building will include instructional spaces for Olympic College’s Health Occupations programs like Nursing and Physical Therapy Assistant, Fine Arts, Music and Theater programs. A 276-seat performance venue will attract the community to the campus for events like the Olympic Jazz Classic, Bremerton Symphony and youth orchestra performances.

The building’s two-story atrium serves as a lobby for the theater, providing an open student gathering space. Student study and breakout spaces are arranged on multiple levels around the lobby to support student collaboration.
